WHAT’S CHANGING & WHY?

We are upgrading our core system we use for daily operations to assist our members. Advance Financial Federal Credit Union is making this investment to allow us to serve members more efficiently and enable us to offer our members new products and services in the future.

WHAT’S NOT CHANGING

• Account numbers and routing number
• Debit card numbers & PINs
• Online banking/App user IDs and passwords

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO KNOW

• Debit and ATM cards will be available with temporary reduced limits of $250 for purchases and $210 for ATM withdrawals starting Friday, May 30 at 6pm.
• Withdraw cash to have on hand by 1pm, Saturday, May 31.
• Any internal and external transfers scheduled for during the outage will be processed Monday, June 2.
• Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Touch Tone Teller will be unavailable after 6pm, Friday, May 30 until 1pm, Monday, June 2.
• New enrollments for Online Banking and Mobile Banking will not be allowed after 6pm, Sunday, May 25.
• Schedule any external loan payments before Friday, May 30.
• Schedule any bill payments before Friday, May 30.
• Plan ahead for any large purchases or special needs during the upgrade.
• Share system upgrade information with joint account holders, family members, and co-workers who are members!
• Account numbers will remain the same, however there may be changes to how your account suffixes appear.
• Touch Tone Teller, our phone banking system, is getting an update as well. Passwords will be reset to the last four digits of the primary accountholder's SSN#, and must be changed upon first call to new system.
• Shared Branching will be unavailable for both AFFCU members and non-AFFCU credit union members.
