Advance Financial Scholarship Program

For over 16 years, Advance Financial has helped college-bound high school seniors turn their dreams of attaining a college degree into a reality by providing more than $88,000 in scholarships. Recipients are selected in recognition of their academic excellence and community support. We believe in the value of education and are proud to offer a scholarship program for our Lake and Porter County communities.

AFFCU 2022 Scholarship Program

In April 2026, we will be awarding a $3,000 Scholarship to a college-bound graduating senior. To apply, applicant must be an AFFCU member in good standing or an immediate family member of an AFFCU member in good standing. Becoming a member is easy and can be done at either of our offices. Teens must have a parent or guardian on the account with them. For more information about our Teen Club account click here.

  • Applications available at both offices on January 2, 2026 - the deadline to apply is March 31, 2026.
  • Applicant must be a member of AFFCU or an immediate family member of an AFFCU member in good standing.
  • Applicant must be a Lake or Porter County high school graduating senior planning to attain a two-year or four-year degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Applicant must submit all required documents listed in the Scholarship application.
